Mansefield, Greenlaw, Berwickshire, Scottish Borders

Mansefield is a traditional Georgian former minister's house on the edge of the small town of Greenlaw, close to Berwickshire on the Scottish Borders. This house provides bed and breakfast accommodation in a variety of bedroom types.

The b&b rooms all include tea/coffee making facilities. There are no TVs in the rooms, but there is one in the drawing room which has a wood burning stove and plenty of games. Guests also have access to the garden, paddocks and 250 meters of river bank.

Breakfast is a delight of home baking, stewed fresh fruit salad, fresh coffee, eggs from the hens and local bacon. Dinner menus are made using what is available in the garden, and locally sourced produce.

The bed and breakfast is so accessible for Edinburgh as well as being in a great location for many activities such as golfing, sea fishing, walking, riding and shooting. There are also lots of historic attractions in the area such as Mellerstain House & Kelso Abbey.
