The meat comes from local suppliers including Castle Howard farm shop and other produce from local cottage industries including root ginger honey from Glade Farm Escrick and preserves from Brackenhill fine foods. A full English breakfast is freshly cooked, accompanied with a selection of thick white and brown toast. There are also a variety of lighter options available.

Grimston House offers safe private parking and is conveniently located for anyone wanting to enjoy the magnificence of York and its glorious Minster. It is a city full of history with fascinating streets and a plethora of shops, museums and galleries. The river Ouse winds its way through the city and many visitors find that a boat trip provides them with a different view of this splendid city. From Grimston House you can go fishing, enjoy horse riding and play golf all within a few miles. There are also some delightful walks in the countryside and we are a good base for those who wish to explore the North Yorkshire Moors. MacArthur Glen Designer shopping outlet is two miles away next to the Park and Ride.
