Kinkell House is a family home on a farm offering bed & breakfast accommodation close to St Andrews in Fife.
Our bed and breakfast is on the coast, south and east of St Andrews. The farm runs down to the sea and has spectacular views of the coastline to the North and West towards St Andrews. We do have a tennis court available for guests use.
St Andrews has more than it's famous golf courses to offer visitors, it is full of History and Culture with many museums, beaches and shops to explore.
