Chale Bay Farm is an award winning guest house set on 26 acres of beautiful land located at Chale which is about 15 minutes from Ventnor on the Isle of Wight.
Our quiet secluded superior rooms make us a perfect hideaway for romantic breaks and long weekends, - a special place to stay while you explore the numerous things to do on the Isle of Wight or just relax. We welcome short breaks, family getaways and seaside holidays and have some fantastic family suites ideal for families with children.
There are two gardens available, a water garden and a tea garden.
Several of the key attractions are very close to Chale Bay Farm – Blackgang Chine, Britain’s first theme park was opened in 1843 and is less than a 5 minute drive/20-minute walk away. Paragliding, dinosaur fossil hunting, surfing and cycling are also on our doorstep. Bike hire is available locally.
Using Chale Bay as your base you can take off for beautiful, long coastal path walks heading toward Freshwater Bay and the Needles, or enjoy touring the island by bike, car or bus.
