Our guest house is beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished and ideally located for both business and leisure guests who are visiting the area. 

There are 6 en suite guest bedrooms, 1 single, 1 double and 4 family rooms. All of the B&B rooms have a flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi and are furnished to the highest standards.

Breakfast is normally served between 8am and 9am, although an earlier breakfast is available upon request. We can cater for special diets and vegetarians. High chairs are provided if needed.

Some of the main attractions in Inverness itself include the Inverness Castle, the Floral Hall in Bught Park, boat trips to see the famous Moray Firth dolphins, the beautiful River Ness walks and the Museum and Inverness Cathedral.
