the main building (all recently refurbished and have TVs), plus three superior
apartments and six self-catering apartments in the adjacent attractively
converted traditional Lakeland Barn. The apartments have been carefully
designed to retain the original character of the old buildings whilst offering
modern standards of comfort.
The Dining Room provides for
the heartiest appetite but in a style that has won many awards, and with
particular acclamation for breakfast. Service is relaxed and dress codes are
informal. High standards of cuisine are maintained.
