The guest house is an attractive property set in an acre of mature
grounds and gardens where you can sit and enjoy the breath taking views and
look for the red squirrels which visit on a daily basis.
All our ingredients for breakfast are locally sourced and purchased from
local traders. We aim to suit all tastes and diets with your breakfast freshly
prepared and cooked to your liking. Please advise us in advance of your stay if
you have any special dietry requirements.
Keswick town square is a ten minute walk down Manor Brow. There are some
fantastic walks and bike rides directly from the guest house and we will gladly
offer you advice and maps for your trip (we can even provide a packed lunch if
needed, just let us know the night before!)
Every effort is made to help you enjoy your stay, we have lots of advice
on what to see and do while you are here in the heart of the Lake District, the
most beautiful corner of England. (For that special treat, flowers, chocolates,
wine or champagne can be ordered in advance and in your room on arrival)
