We are only 15 minutes walk to Woburn Sands High Street, which has a
variety of good restaurants and pubs.
Our rooms have digital TVs and inbuilt DVD players and tea and coffee
making facilities. Our rooms have been recently refurbished and are all
en-suite except one room. We provide a full English breakfast.

exotic and endangered animals at Woburn Safari Park; discovering the treasures
at Woburn Abbey; relaxing in the Abbey's historic parklands or enjoying the
