Rutland enjoys a prime position on the seafront at St Leonards on Sea opposite Marina Gardens on the A259 coastal road. Ideal location for the Hastings Half Marathon in March. 

There is ample free on street parking on the road outside. The historic town of Hastings is a short drive away or a leisurely thirty minute stroll along the promenade to the old town. 

There are good bus and rail links close by for you to explore 1066 country!
