Min
Y Gaer is a delightful Victorian house which has been extensively renovated and
is comfortably furnished throughout, but which still retains much of its
original charm.
All
the bedrooms are equipped with a colour TV and beverage facilities and all of
the 10 rooms have a WC and shower en-suite.
The
dining room and the residents' lounge have fine sea views facing due south
across Cardigan Bay. Ample parking space is available within the grounds.
Min
Y Gaer faces due South, overlooking the Esplanade, with a commanding view of
the scenic Tremadog Bay coastline.
Min
Y Gaer also has a fine view of Criccieth Castle and, in fact, the phrase
"Min Y Gaer" when translated from Welsh means "Near The
Fort".
At
Min Y Gaer we have created a friendly, warm and informal atmosphere. We aim to
provide good food and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price which we
believe represents excellent value for money.
