All 41 bedrooms (each already fitted with flat screen freeview TV with DVD, hairdryer, hospitality tray and digital safe) have now been refurnished, re-carpeted, redecorated and fitted with “blackout” curtains.
Our Restaurant Manageress Wendy Fowler, who has been with
the hotel for 10 years, will welcome you to our spacious restaurant which has
comfortable seating for 110 diners.
We do not have sea views. Instead we are set in secluded
grounds of 2 acres – thus avoiding night-time noise from the High Street and
Esplanade. Yet the Wight is but 2 minutes very gentle stroll from the Sea and
Sandown beach, possibly another minute to the shops. And come rain or shine The
Wight’s many in-house amenities will guarantee the enjoyment and success of
your holiday!
