Poplar House Bed & Breakfast is located close to the centre of Llangollen in Denbighshire. Poplar House is an impressive building dating from the early 1700s which, for much of its lifetime served as a Coaching Inn.

It's now the home of Ginny Leon who has furnished and decorated the house throughout with great style and taste. In the main house there are 3 spacious guest bedrooms, all provided with TVs and DVD players, and two bathrooms which are comprehensively equipped and meticulously maintained.

A recent addition to the amenities at Poplar House is proving very popular. In the courtyard at the rear of the house Ginny has installed a hot tub, decorated with a Roman theme, which can seat 6-7 people and is available to all guests.

Also, as we go to press, work is being considered to install a Sauna and Steam Room. Ginny is now offering Spa Parties available by prior booking. The parties, held between 11.30am and 1.30pm, will include use of the hot tub, along with a full brunch of Buck's Fizz, smoked salmon and scrambled egg, traditional breakfast or you can of course choose one of Ginny's magnificent omelettes.
