Nut Tree Farm at Stoughton Cross is a 16th Century Farmhouse set in two acres of secluded peaceful semi-wild garden, orchard and woodland area in beautiful Somerset countryside, 1.25 miles from the attractive and historic village of Wedmore.

Stoughton Cross was a pilgrim stopover and still has a medieval stone cross and a holy well.

All three bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Herb and Fruit Teas and Hot Chocolate are also available for your pleasure.
Breakfast is normally served from 7.30am until 9am, but other times can be arranged to suit your requirements. Traditional English or Wholefood Breakfast - see the extensive menu on our website.

Nut Tree Farm is located in an ideal holiday area. We are well situated for visits to Wells, the smallest City in Britain, with it's magnificent Cathedral and Bishop's Palace: Glastonbury is the ancient spiritual centre of Britain, where legends abound, relating to Arthur, the giant zodiac, visits from Jesus and Joseph of Arimathea. You may visit the Abbey Ruins and Museum, the Tor, Chalice Well (and drink the healing waters) and the Rural Life Museum: Cheddar and Wookey Hole.
