All the rooms have central heating, are fully carpeted,
divan beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers, bedside tables, bedside lamps, tea
and coffee facilities, towels, hairdryers, clock radio alarm and complimentary
basket of toiletries. The bedding is Egyptian cotton with duvets &
bedspreads.
All breakfast offered is Aga-cooked. The B & B caters
for vegetarian and gluten free diets if told in advance and are happy to
discuss others. The owners prefer to use their own or locally produced
ingredients where possible especially our Cumberland sausage and free range
eggs. Packed lunches are also available on request.
Ashness Farm is situated to the southern end of
Derwentwater in the beautiful picturesque Borrowdale valley, we are between the
famous Ashness bridge and the stunning vista of Surprise view and close to the
market town of Keswick.
